Please bring the following items to registration for noted students. All items are necessary for NEW students.
* Immunization
Record--Kindergarten, 6th grade
* Current Physical--Kindergarten, 6th grade
* Any legal documents pertaining to custody issues, order of
protection and or guardianship of student
* Birth Certificate Kindergarten & ALL new
students
